Organized by the Pinole Seals Swim Club and Pinole area residents, the Flippers to Feet 5K run keeps Pinole swimming afloat.

The Pinole Swim Center is not only the home of the Pinole Seals Swim Team, but is a valuable community resource. Programs at the Pinole Swim Center include community lap swimming, recreational swimming, and swimming lessons. Water aerobics, birthday parties and Special Olympics also take place at the Swim Center. The youth in our community benefit by having a place to learn how to swim and then they can join the swim team to further build their skills as well as make friendships.

This is a walk/stride/run so families with baby strollers and dogs are more than welcome! This event is for speedy runners and casual walkers alike. Registration is $25.00 and includes an event t-shirt. Participants automatically are entered into the raffle drawing. Awards for first through third place will be awarded in each age group and by gender. To register, click on the register button.
